Refund Policy
Due to the inherent nature of the services provided by Season and specifically, to services that are individualized for those receiving them, we do not offer refunds on mediumship or psychic readings, card readings or Reiki sessions. Clients interested in receiving any of these services from Season must first thoroughly read through the information provided on the website to understand the services for which they are looking to engage in. It is the client’s sole responsibility to fully ensure they are informed about services before completing their purchase. Flash Sales, Discounts, Raffles and Giveaways
From time to time and at their sole discretion, Season may offer flash sales, discounts, raffles, giveaways or other offerings that incentivize customers to engage with the brand. These instances are only available for the specific time frames listed and may not be purchased after the flash sale, discount, raffle, or giveaway has passed. Unless expressly approved by Season upon completion of purchase, readings purchased via flash sales or discounts may not be sold, distributed, exchanged or otherwise transferred to any other person(s) besides the original purchaser.
Due to the increased demand for readings during Flash Sale promotions, customers are limited to purchase no more than three (3) readings as part of the released promotion and must agree to complete the purchased reading(s) within six (6) months of purchase.
Clients who fail to schedule reading(s) within six months of the date of their original purchase and whose readings were specifically purchased through a Flash Sale promotion, forfeit their entire purchase amount and are not eligible for refunds. No exceptions.
No refunds for Information Products
Due to the inherent irrevocability of the transmission of knowledge, refunds will not be rendered for any information products purchased through seasonvega.com regardless of your financial situation, viewing of the information product, following of the advice contained therein, or of any other factor. Though Season Vega strongly believes in the value of the advice found within their information products, results are not guaranteed. Season Vega and Rocky Mountain Medium, LLC disclaims any express or implied warranties.
